PAYMENT AND DELIVERY POLICY

PAYMENT
We have three forms of payment :
1, Payment at checkout; Customers can pay outright complete for their order and shipping fee (if applicable) at the point of checkout, then wait for their order to be delivered to them.
2, Installment; Customers are allowed to pay part of their total order value to the Company account by bank transfer or card payment. Customers can pay for their order up to five(5) installments but payment for the Order must be completed before or at the point of the order delivery.
You will make sure that all your payments are confirmed through email on or before the order delivery date.
3, Payment on delivery (POD); Customers can choose the option to pay complete for their order at the delivery point.
NOTE: This service is very risky for the Company, but we have to take it to satisfy our customers and prove our credibility to them.
i, You must be sure that you are waiting with the money for your orders ready at the delivery address you provided to avoid stressing our delivery Agents
ii, You will receive your goods, inspect and feel it for any physical damage without removing the innermost package in the presence of the delivery Agent. You can return it if necessary to the same delivery address within 14days and be fully refunded(check our return policy).
iii, Your payment must be confirmed before you leave with your package

SHIPPING/DELIVERY
1, Shipping fee; Delivery for single or collective orders valued from NGN30,000., Ghc300, Ksh3000 or the equivalent in other Currencies are FREE.

NGN 5000, Ghc 70 or the equivalent Delivery fee for single or collective order below NGN30,000., Ghc300, Ksh3000

If you pick up your order at the close pick up Station near you, you will receive 40%(half) of the shipping fee as cashback (applicable for all orders with shipping fee or free shipping)

2, Delivery Details ; Ensure you provide a clear and detailed address, email address, phone number and alternative phone number at the checkout point for smooth delivery, as customers may be asked to pay additional delivery fee for each failed delivery attempt on the side of the customer.

3, Shipping Duration; Majority of our products are imported abroad and may be available close to you or may even not be available in your Country at the order period and may need some time to be shipped from the Manufacturer’s warehouse to your Country and be delivered to your doorstep.
Order delivery time ranges from 24hrs to 3 months depending on the conditions below.

i, Products available in the customer’s Country ; If the product Order is available in your Country at that moment, it must be delivered to your doorstep or ready for pickup within 1 to 7 working days

ii, Products for Air shipping ; If the product you ordered is not available in your country warehouse, we will determine to ship it by air if it is a light and small size item. Your order will be delivered to you between 14 to 21 working days.

iii, Products for Sea shipping ; If the product you ordered is not available in your Country and it is a large and/or heavy item, we will determine to ship it by Sea. It will be delivered to you between 60 to 90 working days.
You can decide to ship it by Air to arrive faster if you can pay the difference in the shipping fee.
You can also decide to pay on delivery depending on the quantity of the order and your readiness to accept and pay for the goods whenever they arrive.

We have the right to edit or change parts or all of this policy at any time we deem fit without being liable to any queries or legal actions.
